Who we are

„Create2B” sp. z o.o. became a corporate entity in 2013, created to provide a turn key service to corporate clients, who need comprehensive solutions to their design and construction problems. We are qualified to offer tailor made solutions, which can start at the concept stage, through to take over of planned investments. Create2B expertise, comes from a multiple tier involvement in the acquisition of property or lease of premises, design, build and handover of commercial projects from office space to large scale retail projects. The founders of the company can draw on 24 years of experience in all stages of the building process, all over Poland as well as projects in other countries. We have participated fromthe primary stages, including procurement of conditions of build, up to overseeing the build process, ending with handover to end user clients.

Our consultants are experienced in negotiating and cooperating, with all participants involved in the building process. As well as in the design and management processes, which lead to the successful completion of our clients’ projects in the building industry. We have extensive experience and exemplary relations with such firms as Cushman & Wakefield, Cefic Polska, Jones Lang Lasalle, Apsys, DTZ Zadehoff Tie Lung and CB Richard Ellis.
